 All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after the purchase is completed. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.  Minimum Order Requirement: All cookie box orders require a minimum of 4 cookies. Orders with fewer than 4 cookies will not be processed. 

 Due to Georgia Cottage Food Laws, Country Girl Cakes LLC is only able to ship products within the state of Georgia. We are unable to fulfill orders outside of Georgia at this time. By placing an order, you confirm that the shipping address is within Georgia. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for supporting our small business! 

  Terms and Conditions - Pickup Orders:

1. Grace Period: A 30-minute grace period is provided for pickup orders, starting from the scheduled pickup time. The order must be picked up within this 30-minute window.
2. Forfeiture of Payment: If the order is not picked up within the 30-minute grace period following the scheduled pickup time, the payment will be forfeited, and the order may be canceled.
3. No Refunds: After the 30-minute grace period has passed, no refund will be issued, and the order will be considered abandoned.
4. Extended Pickup Times: Any requests for extended pickup times beyond the 30-minute grace period must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

We cannot guarantee that our baked goods are nut-free as some items may contain traces of nuts. However, we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination.

 Refunds are only available under the following circumstances: if we are unable to fulfill your order or if an incorrect item is received. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for any other reasons. By placing an order with Country Girl Cakes LLC, you acknowledge and accept these terms. We strive to provide the best service and quality, and we appreciate your understanding. 

 For all cookie box orders, there is a minimum purchase requirement of 4 cookies per box. Orders with fewer than 4 cookies will not be processed. By placing an order for a cookie box with Country Girl Cakes LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this minimum purchase requirement.  A mix and match option is available, allowing you to select a variety of cookies to include in your box. However, please note that the minimum purchase requirement of 4 cookies per box must still be met. By placing an order for a cookie box, you acknowledge and agree to this option and the minimum purchase requirement.  

 In compliance with Georgia Cottage Food Laws, all packages from Country Girl Cakes LLC will be labeled accordingly. This includes necessary information such as the product name, ingredients, and business details. By placing an order, you acknowledge that all products will be shipped with the proper labeling as required by law. Thank you for supporting our business! 

 At this time, Country Girl Cakes LLC does not offer custom orders. All of our products are made using standard recipes and offerings. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that customizations or special requests for modifications are not available. Thank you for your understanding!
